The hotel has stunning grounds and a lovely setting but falls short when it comes to service and dining quality. While the room was spacious and luxurious, the lack of attentiveness from staff and inconsistent dining experiences detracted from our overall enjoyment. The location is convenient for exploring Tuscany, but the service felt unmotivated and underwhelming.
I recently spent a couple of nights at Borgo San Felice and had mixed feelings. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside that really added to our experience. I was delighted with the food and amenities offered, although I feel there is definitely room for improvement in terms of service at certain points, particularly during breakfast. While we did enjoy our stay overall, the slow service at times was a bit frustrating and detracted from the experience.
